ScoutNews was the weekly security bulletin netVigilance sent out: newly disclosed vulnerabilities, patches worth attention, and what was being exploited that week. 379 issues survive, 40.8 MB in all, recovered from the Internet Archive and served here as the original PDFs at their original addresses.

They are a snapshot of what the industry was worrying about week by week two decades ago — and, read against today's catalogue, a reminder of how many of those worries never went away.
